A Country/Place I Would Like/Love To Visit
SWEDEN (Sverige)
Since I was a kid I know about Sweden because of an uncle who lives in there, and when he send us pictures I always love the fact that it was snowing. When I watched some tv shows and movies that show some swedish landscapes I started to being interest, then I read a book called "The girl with the Dragon Tattoo" from Stieg Larsson, a swedish periodist and writter, and that make me even more interested to investigate about the country.
The Capital of Sweden
The first thing I will love to do if I go to Stockholm is to visit the Abba Museum to see de wax sculptures and for complement I would go to the "Gretas nightclub" (that once I saw in a programme that this gay club is run by a chilean).
One of my favorite series is "Vikings" so I will definitely go to the Viking Museum
to learn about the mytholoy and the culture of Scandinavia and then I'll go to the Vasa Museum to apreciate the oldest ship from the XVII century.
MIDSUMMER
The Midsummer is a holiday that celebrates the summer solstice (the longest day in the Northern Hemisphere). It has a Pagan origin where they welcomed the summer and pray for a successfull harvest.
In the Midsummer they make some kind of festival with dances, songs, bonfires and some rituals. I feel like this would be a really good thing to be part of and experience.
At last but not least, one of my dreams is to see the Kiruma Aurora Borealis, in pictures are really amazing so I can't even imagine how it is in real life.
I hope some day have the oportunity to visit all this places and more...
